Three regional vocational training centres educate the skilled workers of tomorrow in the fields of business, technology and healthcare. Together, they have 4,500 students. In Ludwigslust-Parchim, the district‘s own LUPOMAT training portal (lup-o-mat.de) supports companies in the acquisition of new trainees. The portal operated by Wirtschaftsförderung Südwestmecklenburg, provides students with comprehensive information about training opportunities in the district.
